1. How do I know the color I will receive?

Almost all of the hair we ship comes in a natural dark brown. Because the hair is 100% human hair collected from donors, slight color variations may occur, which is completely normal.

2. Do you wholesale?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale pricing.

3. How many bundles do I need?

For a full install, we recommend 3–4 bundles depending on the length and the level of fullness you prefer. For a fuller look or longer lengths, we suggest using 4 bundles.

4. What if my package says delivered but I didn't receive it?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Does this hair shed?

All bundle hair that is stitched onto a weft may experience minimal shedding, which is completely normal. Proper care and maintenance, including sealing the wefts and gentle handling, can help minimize shedding and extend the life of the hair.

6. What type of hair is this?

Our bundles are 100% Virgin Burmese Human Hair. This means the hair has never been chemically processed or dyed, and the cuticles remain healthy and aligned to help reduce tangling and shedding. The hair should be cared for like your natural hair—wash with sulfate-free products, condition regularly, and avoid excessive heat to maintain its quality and longevity.
